Abstract
A public announcement of Hull Engineering & Holding Incorporated to construct a operations plant in Rowan County in 1983 and 1984. Phil Conn, Vice President for University and Regional Services and Chairman of the Morehead/Rowan County Industrial Development Authority, announced the company's decision and introduced Bernard J. Fisher, president of the firm who gave a speech on the history of the company and the process of how Morehead was chosen as the site for the plant. Ted Sauer, Executive Director of International Marketing in Kentucky, gave a brief speech and concluding remarks at the end of event. The event was recorded on April 15, 1983.
