Abstract
On this episode of Legislative Call-In Phil Conn, Vice President for University Regional Services, discusses community access television with the Subcommittee on Business Regulations of the Joint Interim Committee on Business Organizations and Professions of the Kentucky General Assembly, which was aired on April 14, 1983 on WMKY radio and MSU Channel 12 television. Those present for the discussion were Kentucky legislators Walter Blevins, Kenny Rapier, Jimmy White, Danny Beard, Frank Smith, and Sam Thomas, along with Legislative Research Commission Staff Representatives Mike Grear and Don Brothers.
