Abstract
John Wolfe interviews chairman of the wet movement in Morgan County and Steve Bliffin, chairman of the dry forces, over the legalization of alcohol sales in Morgan county, afterwards he interviews state superintendent Raymond Barbour about a new vocational school in Lewis county, and finally he interviews acting mayor of Morehead Randy Wells about a proposed new water system, recorded on November 23, 1980.
