Aims & Scope

In this journal, we seek to establish three distinct policy forums:

1. Governing and Administrative Systems
2. Practice
3. Research and Methodology

We welcome submissions from practitioners, scholars, administrators, curriculum development experts, data analysts, advocacy groups, government employees, evaluators, and so forth. We are interested in adult learning, literacy programs, workforce training, postsecondary and higher education, partnerships and coalitions, community education and organizing, non-profit organizations and working groups, local, regional, national, and international perspectives. Our aim is to create an equitable space for generative discourse and to make the dissemination of such discourse more readily accessible to all stakeholders in the field.
