Abstract

On this episode of Focus on the Region David Farmer introduced a panel discussion held on the campus of Morehead State University on the liability insurance crisis facing Kentucky towns and counties on November 13, 1986. The panel included Lebanon Mayor Larry Spalding, President of the Kentucky Municipal League, Nelson County Judge Executive Mike Able, State Representative Marshall Long, and Shelbyville Mayor Neal Hackworth.
