Abstract

On this episode of Focus on the Region David Farmer introduced a recorded public forum by General Telephone to use a measured service program for Morehead, Campbellsville, and Glasgow on October 9, 1986. Jim Sharpe, a member of the Kentucky's Public Service Commission, and Bob Albright, spokesman for General Telephone of the South, discussed the issues surrounding the implementation of the program.
