Abstract

Part 7 and 8 of the International Bluegrass Music Association Bluegrass Festival held in Owensboro, Kentucky in September of 1990. Includes the country artists Randall Hyton, Bill Herrell and the Virginians, the Larry Stevenson Band and John McEuen and Vassar Clemonts. The recordings were aired on WMKY on January 2 and January 9, 1993.
