Abstract
On this episode of Unfinished Business Lieutenant Governor Martha Layne Collins delivered the keynote address at the dedication ceremony of Rowan County High School on November 21, 1982. John Wolfe interviewed Leslie Cole, Eastern District Supervisor of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, on Morehead beginning to sell beer within the city limits and Phil Conn, Chairman of the Morehead/Rowan County Industrial Development Authority, on the possibility of a British industry firm constructing a plant in Morehead.
