Abstract
On these two episode of Unfinished Business John Wolfe reports on vocational education in the region. The first episode reported on the groundbreaking and dedication ceremony of the Rowan State Vocational Technical School in Morehead on January 7, 1983. Speakers included Randy Short, Manager of the Morehead Manpower Services Office, Warren Proudfoot, former Chairman of the Rowan County School Board and member of the Kentucky School Building Authority, State Representative Pete Worthington, Raymond Barber, State Superintendent of Public Instruction. The second episode John Wolfe interviews John Vansant, Director for Vocational Educational Programs in Region 9, on the construction of a State vocational education facility in Rowan County.
