Abstract
On this episode of Unfinished Business a magazine view of the news is taken, first WMKY's Dave Farmer interviews C. J. Bailey about the new Gateway Area Development District Juvenile Diversion program, designed to prevent juvenile offenders from re-committing crimes, then Harvey Sloan's speech at the opening of his office for the democratic race for governor, and an interview with Dave Farmer discussing his personal views on the hazardous waste disposal compact and its implications for everyday Kentuckians, and finally WMKY producer Keith Murphy interviews WGOH-AM director Jim Phillips about the severe sewage problems that the city of Grayson was undergoing, compiled on March 17, 1983.
