On this episode of Unfinished Business our host, John Wolfe, interviews the founder of the Parents and Friends of Children with Disabilities organization, an advocacy group for the education and welfare of children with handicaps, and new changes coming from the Reagan administration and the new federal Education for all Handicapped Children Act, recorded on October 19, 1982.
