On this episode of Unfinished Business John Wolfe interviews Marvin Lee "Pete" Worthington, former state representative for Rowan County, about the '82 general assembly and the effectiveness of the legislature during that term, and the possibility of a VAT tax, or value added tax being considered in a special session, recorded on May 3, 1982.
