Abstract
On this episode of Unfinished Business a magazine approach is taken, with Keith Murphy interviewing Newsweek reporter Jacob Young about poverty in rural America and how it is being affected by president Reagan's cutbacks to assistance programs, and also interviews Roger Kurt about issues facing the installation of a improved cable television program in Morehead, finally, Kurt Pickering interviews Rowan County Superintendent John Brock about the future of the Breckenridge High School located at the university in the face of dropping enrollment with the nearing completion of the new high school, recorded on March 22, 1982.
