Abstract
On this episode of Unfinished Business the so called "Slammer Bill" which would mandate jail time for drunk driving offenses is discussed, with commentary from State Representative Walter Blevins, United Dry Forces Chairman Charles Chumly, Morehead Police Chief Fred Barnesdale, Northern Kentucky Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) representative Ed Kentrup, Morehead attorney Paul Blair, and chairman for the local committee meeting at Morehead State University Aubrey Williams, the program also contains a walkthrough of the new high school with school board member Gene White and WMKY reporter John Wolfe, recorded on November 17, 1982.
