Abstract
John Wolfe presents Citizens Speak Out, a special edition of Unfinished Business, where a council including several state representatives and Kentucky Senator David Eckhart, listening to a variety of complaints from citizens of their constituency, professor Warren Proudfoot speaks on education and Joe Duncan speaks on the Maxey Flats nuclear waste disposal problem, and the panel responds, recorded on July 23, 1981.
