Description
Interior of the Phoenix Hotel. Prior to being a hotel, it was a tavern and inn in 1797 owned by Capt. John Postlethwait. The hotel was established in the 1820s, closed in 1977, and demolished in 1981.
Seated front left: D.F. Frazee, Pres, and Hull Davidson, MGR. Leaning on right pillar is Billy Burk, sitting sideways behind Davidson is Andrew G. Leonard. Standing back of Leonard are Tom Morgan and Tom Browning.
