Description
EE Maggard was an inventor type from Morehead, Ky whose 'Cosmograph' projector was much in demand. The story is current that in the 20s when individuals were pleased with their crystal sets if they could hear radio transmissions with earphones on, neighbors complained of the noise from Maggard's receiver.
