Description
In 1825, John Glen purchased 500 acres of land in the Glen Springs area and opened an inn in Magoffin County, Kentucky. In 1836, with investors, Glen was able to build a second, grander, hotel. The original hotel burned in 1941. Photo sketch circa 1930s.
