Abstract
Steve Middleton interviews Nelson Grote, former President of Morehead State University from 1987 to 1992. In the Interview, Dr. Grote speaks about his tenure as Chancellor of three colleges in Spokane, Washington, being interviewed for the President of Morehead State in the mid-1980s, being hired as President of Morehead State in the late 1980s and the creation of the Division of Applied Science in the School of Science in the 1950s. This interview was conducted on the campus of Morehead State University on January 30, 2015.
