Abstract
Morehead State University alumnus Amber Philpott has become one of the most recognizable faces in all of central and eastern Kentucky. As a news anchor at WKYT-TV Channel 27 in Lexington, she is welcomed into tens of thousands of households every night. Amber shares how her education at MSU prepared her for a career in broadcasting.
