Frasure, the murderer), Lottie Caywood, witness and neighbor to Frasure in Fleming County, Margaret E. Fultz, court stenographer and true crime author - Boyd County, John Kinney, brother to Basil Hatfield, child in front - Lula Mae Kirk, friend to Mrs. Caywood, Man in the window - Lawrence County Clerk and the four men in the doorway are unidentified.
