Abstract
Subpoena send to the Sheriff of Fleming County by the Commonwealth of Kentucky court, a summons of witnesses to later appear in front of the Carter County (Ky.) Circuit court to testify on behalf of the of the plaintiff of the Robert S Frasure murder trial. The subpoena was witnessed by the county clerk on May 29, 1915.
