Abstract
The Lawrence County (Ky.) Circuit Court Clerk’s, defendant Robert S. Frasure requested new venue as states that the public opinion in Lawerence Country would be to against him and wouldn’t be a fair jury. Sworn before judge on October 12, 1917.
