Commonwealth of Kentucky, Plaintiff. Vs. Affidavit. Robert S. Frasure defense against the claims made against him by the public opinion of Lawrence County. States a request for a jury from a different county outside of Carter County Ky. and Lawerence County Ky. for a fair and unbiases jury. October 12, 1917.
