Abstract
An interview with Colonel Arthur L. Kelly, professor of military science, by Donald E. Flatt on the history of Morehead State University. Colonel Kelly served as director of the Army R.O.T.C. program at Morehead State from 1969 to 1973 and later as director of maintenance and grounds from 1976 to 1978.
